  • Size: Sweet spot is $5-10M in annual recurring revenue (ARR), but we certainly have the capacity and willingness to go larger.

  • Profitability: Positive EBITDA or a realistic path to get there in the short-term. Looking for leaders that can run a predictable, disciplined business.

  • Growth: 10% annual growth or better.

  • Location: Headquartered in North America.

  • Culture Focused: Understanding and demonstration of the importance of a healthy culture.

  • Customer Obsessed: Teams that obsess about their customers and build deep relationships with them.
